Bob has extensive experience assisting with legislative and state government policy matters. Across nearly two decades, he has served in senior staff roles at the PA House of Representatives.
Bob has worked closely with a diverse group of clients to navigate state government processes and complexities in Harrisburg. He provides experienced guidance and assistance to meet clients’ needs in areas such as legislative and regulatory initiatives, legislative strategy, state budget appropriations, and state grant identification and allocation. In addition to his strong legislative background, he has broad experience interacting on behalf of clients with state regulatory agencies, including the Insurance and Health and Human Services Departments and the PA Liquor Control Board.
Earlier in his career, Bob served for seven years as Executive Director of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives Insurance Committee. In that role, he advised the Speaker of the House, Majority Leader and Committee Chairman on health care, medical malpractice and various other insurance related issues. Prior to his leadership on the Insurance Committee, he served in the same capacities with the Liquor Control Committee and the House Finance Committee.
